132 new homes, flexible commercial space and a new community hub at the gateway to Alperton

Permission for the redevelopment of the former Currys/Carphone Warehouse site at the junction of Ealing Road and Alperton Lane was secured during pevious employment. The scheme delivers 132 new homes, including affordable family housing, alongside 528sqm of flexible commercial space and a new 115sqm community facility fronting Alperton Lane. The design creates an active street frontage with widened pavements, new landscaping, and improved public realm, while providing residents with generous communal gardens, roof terraces and children’s play space. Rising to seven storeys at the corner, the development establishes a strong urban marker that responds to its Intensification Corridor setting and contributes to Brent’s wider regeneration vision for Alperton.
