A disused hotel and underused site on Hindes Road provided the opportunity for high-quality residential redevelopment within the Harrow & Wealdstone Intensification Area. The application proposed 23 new homes across a contemporary apartment building fronting the street and a terrace of family townhouses to the rear, with landscaped communal space at the heart of the scheme. Carefully designed to respond to its context, the development aimed to optimise a sustainable brownfield site, enhance the street scene, and contribute to Harrow’s housing needs through a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes.
