Optimising a suburban plot with approval for six new homes

Planning approval was granted for the redevelopment of 36 Slades Hill, replacing a single dwelling with six high-quality family homes across two sensitively designed blocks. The scheme includes four two-bedroom and two four-bedroom houses, each with private amenity space, arranged around landscaped communal gardens with dedicated playspace and extensive planting. A key element of the scheme is the rear block, carefully positioned on part of the existing garden, designed to integrate with the site’s suburban character. The proposals achieve Urban Greening Factor and Biodiversity Net Gain targets, while helping to address Enfield’s acute housing need.
