Landscape-led design creating 13 new homes at Pellatt Road.

A planning application was approved for the redevelopment of underutilised land at Pellatt Road, Wembley. The scheme proposes a distinctive five-storey building delivering 13 high-quality homes, including family accommodation, designed through a sensitive, design-led approach. The stepped massing reduces visual impact and allows for extensive terraces, balconies and green roofs that enhance biodiversity. The building form is sculpted around mature trees and provides defensible space, private gardens and communal amenity areas. With excellent transport connections nearby, the scheme exemplifies small-site intensification in line with the London Plan and Brent’s Local Plan objectives
