An application has been submitted for the redevelopment of a disused Council car park, allocated for housing in the Sutton Local Plan. The proposals deliver 20 high-quality family homes in a landscape-led layout that retains mature trees and introduces new shared green spaces. Designed in a warm red brick and tiled palette, the scheme reflects the suburban character of Carshalton while providing generous gardens, policy-compliant layouts, and sustainable design features. The project demonstrates how underused brownfield land can be sensitively transformed to provide much-needed housing within a neighbourhood setting.
