Designed by GPAD, the building adopts a distinctive curved brick façade and generous terraces, with a landscaped rooftop garden and enhanced biodiversity throughout. The development improves the setting of the Hampstead Garden Suburb Conservation Area while meeting Barnet’s housing and community infrastructure needs, supported by London Plan policies promoting small site housing delivery and the retention of vital community uses.
